Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping every day on orders of $250.00 or more, before taxes.
Fixed Shipping Cost
Orders less than $250.00, before taxes, are charged a flat $9.00 shipping fee which will be automatically added to your order during checkout. No matter where your order is being delivered to, we charge $9.00 and we are pleased to pay the difference.
Carriers
Shipments are via Purolator or Canada Post.
*** Please note that the delivery of your order may take placed during the day between 8:00 – 17:00 hrs EST. All deliveries require a signature upon delivery and we encourage you to have someone present to sign fo the package. If no one is present at the time of delivery, your parcel will be held for pickup at the carrier's office closest to your address.
International Shipping
At this time, we are unable to accept international orders. We currently ship within Canada only.
ORDER STATUS
Order Confirmation
You will receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:
1. The first email will confirm that your order has been received. You will receive this email within 24 hours of order placement.
2. The second email will confirm that your order has been picked-up by the carrier and is in-transit to your delivery address.
Change in Order Status
Occasionally, unusually high order volume for a particular item will cause us to run out of stock. If one of the items on your order is not available, we will notify you by phone and / or email immediately.
Should an out-of-stock item no longer be available, we will cancel your order and notify you of same by phone and / or email immediately. You will not be charged any tax or shipping & handing fees for that item.
Placing an Order by Phone or by Email
Due to credit card regulations we are unable to accept orders by telephone or e-mail. All purchases must be paid in-store or online, on our web boutique payment page.

Promo Codes and How to Use Them
Occasionally when you receive a special offer from us, you will also receive a promotional code to use. This code lets us know that the special offer should be applied to your order. Using the code is easy:
1. Just shop and check out as you normally would.
2. When you get to checkout, enter your promotional code in the space provided.
3. Once you have entered the promotional code and clicked "Apply" you will see a message confirming that the promotional code has been applied to your order.
4. If there is any problem with the promotional code you've entered, an error message will let you know how to correct the problem before you can continue to check out.
How To Find Your Size (size chart)
Our size chart and instructions on how to best take your measurements will help you choose the right size. If you don’t have a tape measure, simply take a length of ribbon or string and measure it alongside a ruler when you are done. PRICES, LIMITS & TAXES
Price Adjustments
We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within seven (7) days of the date on your purchase. To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, you must call 1-888-MANTEAU (1.888.626.8328) or 514.344-5140 Monday through Friday between 8:00 – 17:00 hrs EST or send us an email message at info@manteaux.com within the seven (7) day window. Include your order number in your email message. If you are within the deadline, we'll refund you the difference in your original form of payment.
Items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments. See the offer associated with the specific promotion for details. A price adjustment for an online purchase will not be in our stores. We will not make price adjustments on online purchases for items featured in clearance pricing events in stores. Sorry, there are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise, either online or in stores.
Tax Policy
Tax charges are based on applicable federal, provincial and harmonized sales tax rates based on the delivery address associated with your order. Where required, sales tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the sales tax you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the sales tax you paid on the shipping and handling of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are non-refundable once an item has been shipped. Tax Exempt Purchases

To ensure compliance with federal and provincial tax laws, all requested forms and information must be received and verified by our Customer Service team before a tax refund can be processed.

What's eligible for return?
You can return or exchange any item that's in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective, unless it was purchased for final sale.
Can I return Final Sale items online or to a store?
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise, online or in stores.
What if I used a promotion code to make my purchase?
You can exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color. Or, you can apply a credit for the amount you paid towards a new item at its current price. A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.
Can I get a price adjustment for an online purchase?
