RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR PURCHASES MADE IN-STORE
We want you to love your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you decide that you your purchase is not to your satisfaction, you can obtain a refund within seven (7) days from the date of purchase or you can exchange the item within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.
You must return the item (s) in their original new condition with the tickets still attached and along with your original bill.
Final Sale merchandise, regardless of whether it was purchased in-store or online, cannot be returned or exchanged.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR PURCHASES MADE ONLINE
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange your purchase (s) by mail or in one of our Manteaux Manteaux, Manteaux Internationale or Coats Co. stores within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
Please contact us toll-free at 1-888-MANTEAU (1.888.626.8328) or 514.344.5140 Monday through Friday between 8:00 – 17:00 hrs EST. We will either reimburse you, send you the same style in a different colour or different size or send you an entirely different style.
If you are returning an item that was purchased as par of a sale or special offer, you will not be eligible to receive the sale or special offer on the replacement item.
Final Sale merchandise, regardless of whether it was purchased in-store or online, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Easy Exchanges
Return your purchase and order your new merchandise at the same time by calling us toll-free at 1-888-MANTEAU (1.888.626.8328) or 514.344.5140 Monday through Friday between 8:00 – 17:00 hrs EST. The new item will be shipped to you using the same shipping method that you selected for your original order. If your original order was not eligible for Free Shipping, you will be required to pay a flat $9.00 shipping fee. We will charge your credit card for the new order and credit your credit card for the returned items as soon as they have been received and inspected.

Return your item(s) at your own expense using either Canada Post or a shipping method of your choice to:

Please follow these instructions for the packaging and shipping of your item (s):
1. Include the original bill of sale and original price tags.
2. Using a pen, indicate on the bill of sale which item is being returned, the quantity and the reason for the return.
3. Carefully package and seal your parcel, if possible using the original packaging that your order was delivered in, and please ensure that the completed bill of sale is included.
4. Afix your shipping label to the package and send it to the address indicated above. Please make certain to remove all other shipping labels from the package.
Return or Exchange in store
If it’s more convenient for you, merchandise can be returned or exchanged at any Manteaux Manteaux, Manteaux Internationale or Coats Co. store. Bring the item in its original new condition with the tickets still attached along with your bill to any store within 30 days of your purchase date. Our store personnel will be happy to provide a hassle free return or exchange.
Any amount refunded will be applied in the same manner as the original payment.

What's eligible for return?
You can return or exchange any item that's in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective, unless it was purchased for final sale.
Can I return Final Sale items online or to a store?
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise, online or in stores.
What if I used a promotion code to make my purchase?
You can exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color. Or, you can apply a credit for the amount you paid towards a new item at its current price. A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.
Can I get a price adjustment for an online purchase?
Yes, we offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within seven (7) days of your order date. Simply call at 1-888-MANTEAU (1.888.626.8328) or 514.344.5140 Monday through Friday between 8:00 – 17:00 hrs EST, or send us an email message at info@manteaux.com within the seven (7) day window. We'll refund you the difference in your original form of payment.
